Flying Blue awards - a joke ?
Hi all,
I wanted to rent a car for summer vacation. I then tried to get a car rental voucher from Flying Blue (35000 points). Bad idea... I'm now about to leave for vacation and I've not received any voucher despites 3 online requests and 3 phone calls. And, by the way, phone calls cost 34 cts/min. So I've almost paid the equivalent of the rewards in communication fees and lost time. I wondering if it is just pure incompetence or, worst, a swindle from Flying Blue??? BR/ |

An update...
After the 3rd call they fixed it and I've just received my voucher |
