I accumulated approximately 87,500 never expiring Continental Airline OnePass miles when United bought them out. I was never informed that the miles would expire and I assumed that United would honor the agreement that I had with Continental. Well, they did not. When I checked this month my account showed zero miles and when I called them, they said that it would cost $200.00 to re-instate them. This is out and out theft and I wish some organization would file a class action suit to make the big corporation quit crapping on the little guys.
