I will let you know my horrible experience regarding Go Air Airlines. I had a reservation from Goa to Nagpur on 12th Feb 2014 @ 23:35 Hours (AIRLINE PNR- 28SNVV). I collected my boarding passes at Goa Airport Only(E-TICKET NO- 28SNVV).I requested my luggage to be transferred directly to Nagpur. The flight from Mumbai was at 06:50 AM on 13th Feb 2014. As you can see I had a connecting flight that I needed to change at Mumbai. The reason I was going to my hometown was an emergency as my grandfather had passed away on 12th Feb. As I had done all the boarding and security check in at the Mumbai airport only, I was inside the domestic terminal only.When I went to board the flight of Mumbai to Nagpur your ground staff didn't allow me to board the flight .I reached exactly 25 Mins before the departure and the excuse which i heard was that flight is parked too far for me to reach. There staff was completely rude and were shouting at me.
I begged and pleaded the Go Air Staff that let me go through it is an emergency for me . I was there waiting for the flight entire night at the airport. Also there were no announcement made of any boarding status of your flight. When the Go Air staff took me to the security to get my pass cancelled , even the security people asked to let me board the flight , but the staff didn't have any moral and ethical sense to let me board the same , with still time remaining for flight to take off. I am pretty sure they didn't call my name even once..And because of there stupid ground staff , i missed my important connecting flight. I would like to ask that If a person is in the airport terminal , can't he even go to the toilet in an emergency situation? When the airlines take the mobile number of customer, and know he is terminal some where , can't they give the person a call ? Because of such careless attitude of Go Air staff , I had to miss a flight and then had to pay up extra to board the next flight. I had to suffer so much of mental torture due to a silly staff of there. Such a behavior is never expected from a professional organization as Go Air. And I request you to intervene so that my amount of the ticket charged to me is returned at the earliest. -- Regards, Sandeep Jain |
