I shipped a puppy to its new owner. The dog never arrived. We called and found out that the puppy, King, was never transferred to the second flight. I have spent 3 hours calling delta. Ive spoken with Emoni the supervisor and Jelice the supervisors supervisor and of yet havent had any satisfaction. As an aside I paid Dash service, an upgrade service that guarantees only a 1 hour lay over. If the dog arrives alive it will have had a 5 hour lay over. Bet you money they tell keep my payment regardless of what happens to the puppy and the service they provided, What about the puppy, King.

Any word on the puppy yet?
Please keep the forum posted. Hoping that he is found safe and gets to his new forever home. |

Was just sharing this story with a friend and he asked if the puppy was chipped yet? So that if he had gotten loose and then found someone scanning him would be able to find out who/where he belonged.
ATTENTION PET OWNERS...micro chipping your pet is very in expensive, just a small shot for the pet, but can help locate your four legged friend if they become lost from you. |
