Hi all

I'm getting ready to book another flight and want to make use of the voucher that AA provided me from a problematic flight last year (see this thread: http://www.airlinecomplaints.org/sho...hlight=voucher)

My question is, how do I redeem this voucher? It's one that was mailed to me and kind of has the appearance of a check. Am I going to need to mail it in for AA to give me the discount? There's no instructions that came with the voucher and I cannot simply enter the number of the voucher in under the discount/promo codes as there are too many numbers. I looked up info under their FAQ and all I see mentioned is eVouchers and that you need to have a PIN to check on their value (and I assume to redeem them).

Attached is a photo of the voucher. Any and all help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
