Thumbs down United airlines UA1455 Denver to San Francisco

United Airlines knowing there were runway issues sold me a ticket from Denver to San Francisco with only 1 hour to make a connection to Hong Kong. I know they knew because they sent an email after I purchased the ticket and couldn't change it. I was held on the Tarmac in Denver for an hour and of course couldn't make my connection. United is so focussed on the dollar they forget who brings the dollar to them. After being led around and around by customer service I was told it was not United's problem it was traffic control. Excuse me, who sold the ticket to me? Bought travel insurance from Allianz and was told by them they only cover natural disaster. I am so fed up with United that I will do everything in my power to fly anyone else from now on! I have lost too many days away from those I love sitting in an airport because United books and books and doesn't care!!! Why bother with travel insurance if it doesn't cover? My word, I feel like my money and time were stolen by Allianz and United! And I still haven't made it to Hong Kong!! Oh yes, United gave me a hotel voucher and food voucher then said it was a mistake, Go figure.
