Back in March I booked 2 tickets to San Diego for my boyfriend and me.
We recently broke up and when I called JetBlue to cancel the tickets, I was told that there was a "note" written next to ex-boyfriend's reservation. Apparently, he had called JetBlue and told them that I was not allowed to cancel his ticket. Even though the tickets were paid under my credit card, they approved his request. Now he will be taking a trip out to San Diego on my credit card. Apparently all he needed to give them was the flight confirmation number located on the itinerary. They couldn't even verify that the person who called was in fact my ex-boyfriend. They agreed that I was being wronged but said they couldn't legally cancel his flight. But apparently they can legally allow him to use my credit card? |

You need to take him to small claims to recover your money. The airline has no way of knowing what's true or isn't.
