Thumbs down I'm a gold skyward member and Emirates has the worst customer services

I'm a gold skyward member and Emirates has the worst customer services ever, i'm wondering how they treat normal customers, they also do some fake marketing campaigns and i've asked for someone to call me back more than 12 times and they don't care, all they care about is calling you when the line gets cut while booking because they are getting money my mrmbership number is ek 213156101
