Dear all:
I really took my time to complain again about this airline.It has taken me two flight plus now in Madrid waiting to my flight back to Abu Dhabi As a gold member it suppose to be normal to be treated in a way with a bit of courtesy in the Etihad flights. This has happened in the past in many of them but in the last two things have changed a lot!! !. Flight EY 38 6.12.2014 Paris -Abu Dhabi : During this flight completely ignored by the crew. Not even a hello until the time of landing when after complaining for the lack of touch.Nothing special apart of seeing a group of flight attendants that look like they were drinking the night before or maybe just until the flight .They look wasted.Some of the girls and very tired, without a smile in their face. I decided to pass, it look like they were celebrating Christmas in Paris but the point that I was working. Very very bad experience and unprofessional crew, 2.Depart 02:40 Wed, 24 Dec Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi Intl airport (AUH) Rome Fiumicino airport (FCO) Etihad Airways 83 Airbus A332 comment: exactly the same thing!!! totally careless about me! not even hello until i complaint just before landing! At that point when i had my seatbelt on the cabin crew came to me with nothing more that empty words, trying to look sweet but not an apology for ignoring me. A total waste of a crew. Again careless.I was getting really annoyed with the treatment of gold members by this crew. I was planning to complain but because it was christmas I focused on my family. Now!! waiting in Barajas: not allowed to enter any of the business lounges despite being gold member an these people are starting to operate a direct flight Abu Dhabi Madrid??? This is really a joke Your call but i really getting sick of the the care of this company!!
