Who to talk with an Human at AA Customer service and not an automatic email message

AA cancelled my flight that was purchase 1 month ago. They claimed it was for weather, but the day was beautiful everywhere. Anyway, They moved my flight to the next day without any notice and when I called them back, I was until 1am in the morning demanding the supervisor to resolve this and find an option to fly to arrive as scheduled. They could get me a $206 dollars cheaper flight to another location where I could drive to my final destination. Right now, they are ignoring my request to get a refund/credit on the $206 dollar difference, instead they are sending me "canned emails" about their commitment to customers and their position when flights are cancelled because of weather. Who should get in contact to find out about my credit because cheaper flight?, they always charge me when I incur in more expensive flights.
