I took Air China to Hong Kong from Moscow(29/9/15) and was only informed at the airport during check in that the flight is overbooked and they have to put me to the next flight which is two and half hours later with transit in Incheon airport, I accepted without any complaint. This is my first mistake, I should have made a big fuss like other Chinese passengers to get on the plane. When I reached Incheon airport and where the nightmares started. I was told that the transit flight to Hong Kong was also overbooked and no one from Air China was there to help. Eventually, with the help of Korean Air Staff, I managed to get on a flight to Shenzhen(instead of HK) after more than 8 hours at the airport. Obviously, I was angry and tried to lodge a compliant but nothing has been done until now. Air China is bloody state owned company and is running by incompetence management who doesn't care about service. So, stay away from Air China....
