On 1 Jan 2016 I boarded from Mumbai via Abu Dhabi to Brussels.
My bag contained a US$600 Hover board it is battery operated.
+ some expensive clothes
It was specially approved by the Etihad & Airport Security.
We were clear that we will receive the bags in Brussels.

When in Transit in Abu Dhabi we did double check at trasnfer desk & we were told the bags are int eh system & they will reach Brussels.

On arrival in Brussels the bag did not reach. We made a complaint with Baggage Handling. Etihad outsources baggage handling in Brussels. Today it is the 5th Jan after 5 days Brussels Etihad agents has not clue where the bag is.

I had sent my relatives to Mumbai Airport & from there some how we managed to find out that the bag is in Abu Dhabi. They could not give us any official report as Etihad do not allow them.

Etihad has not take any effort to contact us or inform us on the bag. We have lost tremendous time following up on the bag.

It is very sad that we have to face this. This big arilines when they want to sell their tickets they do all the good promotions. But when it comes to delivery they lack basic things.

Now lets see within how much time they will contact us.

To post complaint here was the last resort.

I need my bag at the door step.
