We had booked a ticket with one year validity. Since the system did not permit us to select the correct date of return, and the system gave us a date which was open in the system which was not our date of return. We are compelled to request date change.
This is not our fault or special request however the airline charged us heavy amount for date change. For one year validity ticket we already had paid heavy amount and this is an extra charge for no fault of the customer. Many airline do not charge first change and we request the airline to consider our request and return the amount charged. We are sure the airline with high prestige will keep them at par with other airline and conside refunding us tha amount and make permanent change in their policy |
