Default BA customer service is an oxymoron.

ID 15488300 was the reference number for my complaint sent to me by British Airways; 3 follow up e-mails, 2 faxes no reply. Numerous phone calls to customer services, talking to people who did not have the authority to do any thing. Refused to put me through to someone with the authority.

BA obviously do not give a tinker cuss about their customers, that can also be gleaned from the fact they have not bothered to reply to any complaint posted on this site.
