Complaint to WIZZ AIR Service
Dear Service Desk,
I have a duplicate flight order for a flight from Sofia to Bristol on 28th of December, because your site says that payment was unsuccessful. I made a second transaction through another card which went through. Yesterday, I received a payment confirmation for the first booking. Now, I have two bookings for the same flight for 2 people which costs 700€.
Today, I spoke with the customer call center in Bulgaria in order to delete my first transaction which didn't go through. Then, your colleague held me for an eternity on high impulse phone explaining me that it is better to remove the second transaction which went through in order to have some benefits from the first one!!!
By approving that I went only into bigger trouble, because the first transaction didn't go through. I have received only a pdf statement that my booking number went through, but not my money transaction.
I am not sure that the problem is solved, because I haven't received any ticket for the call. There is also an option that the customer service gave me a false information about my first transaction making me delete the second one in order to call you again and again.
I am aware that you do this on purpose to gain money from call service. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I am disgust by the miserable manner you treat your customers and I am aware that I am not the only one treated like that!
