Default Etihad did not response for my complains

Etihad please response to my complains. Flight delayed to the other day due to your system overbooking. I have sent you all cost receipt caused by your delay but you never get back to me. Please do response (RQID:519364)

The visa deposit can not be refunded due to the overstay caused by the delay of their overbooking. Etihad reject to refund that lost to me? WHY?????
Why I need to pay for Etihad's fault?
Etihad customer care, Please do your job to fix your problem!!!
