I have never been more upset. I am in Orange County trying to Altanta so that I can be at my 4 year old son's CATSCAN, which will be very scary for him. I sat at the gate and waited for my flight. I watched the sign all the way up to boarding. It looked like the flight was late. Then 2 minutes later the sign changed to another flight. I walked two gates and asked what happened. The agents said the signs were never right!!@!!!!!!!! I was told I was paged. Never heard it. I will never fly southwest again.

They made a mistake. Wait until you have to deal with all the delays, ridiculous refund policies, change fees, overpriced last minute costs and poor customer service from other airlines. I fly 70% and have given up on Continental, US Airways, American, Alaska, Frontier and Airtran. Complian by calling Southwest customer service and will do something to ease the pain always.

First of all Southwest does not fly to Atlanta. Secondly, if there were no pages, etc, how did all of the other passengers know where to board the aircraft?
