Default Air Asia Koto Kinabalu to manila

On 31st June 2024 I was booked on a 0145 flight from Koto Kinabalu to Manila with Air Asia. On way to airport I was informed of a delay to departure, this was too late to change plans. Then at airport was told of a further delay. So stuck at a not too comfortable airport in Borneo waiting 4 hours for a flight. Then we wait wait with no information from any staff who couldn’t even arrange queuing - we eventually take off 2.5 hrs late and arrive in Manila to sit on tarmac for hours arriving over 4 hrs late for what supposed to be a 2hrs flight / again little to no info provided. Trying to contact Air Asia via their chat bot is impossible so you can’t even complain despite all staff telling you that’s the only way
