Delta doesn't listen to the public and appears to employ idiots who can't make an airline work. You deserve to be out of Chapter 11 and in to bankruptcy.
The clowns who design, run and manage your computer systems appear incompetent. In the past 18 months I have not had a single reservation with delta that hasn't been changed at least 6 times. Most of the time an idiot decides that the wind is or isn't going to blow so the flight will or will not be 90 seconds earlier in take off or landing. Compare the hassle that notice gives to the public and compare it with the sod you attitude that develops when your flights are late. Why, you even have the balls to bring flights forward several hours and not tell anyone about it. Today, 10/04 takes the cake. Having got around all the obstacles put in the publics way to keep those in Corporate Ivory Towers immune from the reality of the world outside, I finally was able to get a guy whose name is on file at home rather than carried around in my briefcase, and who agreed to refund all my 8 future flights through April 08. One of them was a flight for 10/05. Guess what I get today? A dumb email inviting me to check In tomorrows flight. The website also shows that the April 08 reservation still exists. If Management can't get the computer system operating correctly and can't run it's flights per an industry accepted system, to name but two serious defects in the armor seen by the public, what chance does it have of running its finances and aircraft maintenance properly? If the Corporation is to outlive those employing Mushroom Management tactics, it needs total replacement along with the computer system and those involved with it. |
