Wife and I order tickets on line. Got all info correctly. Day prior to flight I printed my boarding pass. However, was unable to print wife's boarding pass. EasyCheck-in:Check-in status, showed both. Wifes name had x in box and explanation was "Please see a United Representative at the airport to check-in.
Called United, could not tell me why this happened, simply stated must see rep at check in. My concern, why have on line check in to save time if you have to see a rep tocheck in at airport? |

 Next time have your wife enter her exsisting UA frequent flyer number into her reservation. Doing so let's the system recognize who she is. Then she may not need to see a rep at the airport. Also the reason she had to see a rep could be due to her having a similar name of a person who is on the TSA watch list. The rep has to see her ID to make sure she is not the one whos name matches the one on the list.
