The Flight Attendant Supervisor, Michael Brady, was rude and disrespectful to the passenger in front of me. He even went so far as to tell the man, "I don't give a ****" when he said that he was going to complain.

Honestly, I'm not one for taking ill from anyone and I can say that the passenger was doing nothing rude and had only complained about his special food. He said "this Continental food" and he didn't get a chance to finish because Mr. Brady jumped down his throat about how they don't cook it, etc.

I felt sorry for the passenger. It was a sad sight to see this so called Supervisor (Michael Brady) act childish and completely unprofessional. Regular Flight Attendants attended to this gentlemans needs with professionalism and respect and they defused any possible situation.

How in the world did Michael Brady become a supervisor?

I posted my previous experience, which was a horror show and bonus free of charge! I tried to get their names but all three flight attendants did not wear name tags. It was so strange. The passengers were great, friendly and we all were surprised what was going on with the flight attendants. If they were allowed to get tips, their pockets would be empty.

They do wear their required IDs. They are usually secured to prevent them from falling off during service (big TSA hassles) as well as prevent passengers from getting their last names. There have been cases of stalking after a crew gets to their overnight hotel. It is NOT a mechanism to create anonymity to fuel their hatred of you.
