Default JetBlue Airways - baggage issues

PLEASE EMAIL JETBLUE and complain regarding this issue:
Jetblue-
If you are going to charge for a second bag please give curbside workers credit card hand held devices so we can PAY outside, or let us pay online BEFORE the flight..Having to wait inside when we have our boarding pass to check luggage is not fair. We get punished 2 ways, having to pay and now having to wait in the inside in your LONG lines..

I LIVE IN ROME, ITALY AND HAD MY BAG DESTROYED AND CONTENTS LOST ON A JET BLUE FLIGHT FROM BOSTON LOGAN TO WASHINGTON D.C. DULLES ON 29TH AUGUST 2008. AS AN ITALIAN I AM NOT ACCUSTOMED TO BEING TREATED WITH THE RUDENESS OF A CERTAIN YVETTE AT THE BAGGAGE CLAIMS WHO NOT ONLY GAVE ME INCORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD SUBMIT TO BE RIMBURSED BUT HAS INTERFERED WHEN I TRIED TO REACH OTHERS AT JET BLUE BAGGAGE INCLUDING THE MANAGER OF THE BAGGAGE CLAIMS, BILL RACE,TO PURSUE MY CLAIM. BILL RACE HAS NOT BEEN RUDE BUT SIMPLY HAS TAKEN NO ACTION TO PURSUE MY CLAIM DESPITE SENDING ME AN EMAIL ON 7TH OCTOBER STATING THE CLAIM WOULD BE SETTLED WITHIN THE WEEK.
I ORIGINALLY SENT A CLAIM FROM WASHINGTON D.C. FILLED OUT IN HASTE (AT A POST OFFICE ON THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT) AS I WAS DEPARTING FROM WASHINGTON D.C. FOR ROME, ITALY THAT DAY AND HAD TO ALSO BUY A NEW BAG. I HAD NOT BEEN TOLD THAT RECEIPTS WERE REQUIRED SO I INDICATED THE MOST EXPENSIVE ITEMS IN THE BAG ONLY. THESE WERE GIFTS FROM MY HUSBAND. LATER WHEN I CALLED FROM ITALY I WAS TOLD THAT RECEIPTS WERE REQUIRED SO I INDICATED THE LESS VALUABLE PIECES WHICH I HAD PURCHASED IN AMERICA FOR WHICH BY CHANCE I HAPPENED TO HAVE RECEIPTS. I SENT ALL OF THE RECEIPTS WITH AN ATTACHED LETTER VIA REGISTERED MAIL IN ITALY ON THE 12TH SEPTEMBER.
WHY WOULD ANYONE KEEP RECEIPTS OF ITEMS IN THE BAG? EUROPEAN AIRLINES REQUEST THAT ONE KEEPS RECEIPTS OF ITEMS PURCHASED TO REPLACE THE LOST ITEMS IN THE BAG?
IN ANY CASE, BILL RACE, THE HEAD OF BAGGAGE CLAIMS SENT ME AN E-MAIL ON 7TH OCTOBER STATING THAT MY CLAIM WOULD BE SETTLED WITHIN THAT WEEK. OVER A MONTH LATER AND MANY CALLS AND EMAILS LATER, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I CALLED THE SALT LAKE CITY BAGGAGE CENTER TWICE AGAIN TODAY ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT BILL RACE WAS UNAWAILABLE AND TO HAVE --GUESS WHO--YVETTE APPEAR ON THE LINE TO BE HER USUAL RUDE SELF. NOR HAS BILL RACE RUNG ME BACK. HE NEVER DOES. I HAVE NOW SPENT AT LEAST 100 EUROS ON TELEPHONE CALLS TO SALT LAKE CITY FROM iTALY AND NEVER ONCE BEEN RUNG BACK!
