Delta Delayed my flight from GreenvilleSpartenburg-to Alanta. I stood in line for 2 hours just to speak to a rep. When I did get to speak, she said I am sorry their is nothing I can do for you. Anorther woman came over, apperantly their was a shift change. Then this lady more less wanted me out of her hair. So she did get me to Alanta- and said you have a for sure seat to Kansas City. Well In Order For Delta to save Money For Gas !
These real old plane's that had an oder of Mold. 1 seat - jump seat style. Then 2 on the other side. I fell a sleep so no one offered me water.
When I arrived to Alanta I ran from one side of the airport to the other.I dont know the in's and out's of flying I dont care to fly. I was confused of the airport did not know my way around or know how to get from point A - to B. Scared and Lost. I stopped people to help no one really cared.
I did get these two real nice young girls to help me. Thank God someone people raise good children. When I arrived at my area, I was told in a rude way the plane is full you will not be going to KC. I tried everything to get on that plane. Even Crying the crying was not fake. Delta brought out the tiny flight planes if they had used the a newer jet everyone would have fit. 7 people were called that missed their flight, I counted 5 that showed. I know for a fact I sat at the Gate. A flight went out 5:45, 7:00, 9:45. I was not Allowed on any Flights to KC that night. I had Bonus flight ticket.- Rewards ticket. I slept at Alanta Airport nothing offered for a Hotel or Food. They were Rude and could care less what happened.
I will NEVER FLY DELTA !
You can garentee I will tell everyone I know how Delta treats people.
