Default Stolen Golf Club Taylor Super Quad. Golfer Class Action?

I was on a Sept flight Phoenix to Providence RI with my clubs. I packed them myself. The driver was in my travel bag when I checked it. I was missing in Providence. I only found out the next day at the gollf course. I called SW in Providence. recoding said leave a message, I reported the missing club with my phone number. No call back. I wrote Michael Van De Ven, VP operations on 9/17. After no respnose in a month. I wrote the President an included the first letter. No response. I reported it to FAA and FTA. So far no action.

I think there are alot of folks who lost golf equipment. Maybe we should unite in some effort to get these problems corrected.

Southwest ignores these issues and hopes they go away. I do not intend to.
