Horrible costumer service for senior citizens

As I traveled from New Jersey to Florida, I had the worst experience in costumer service.

I never came across with a more racist individual. This particular flight attendant used her job position to verbally abuse me. She noticed that someone at me age will not be able to defend my self against such a rude and aggressive individual.

I never would imagine that trying to get a cup of coffee will of present me with the worst experience of my life. As I type this complaint my heart bit so fast and my hands trebled. I feel so distress, hurt and abuse. I will take my complaint to their managers and any other department as needed until once again get a god night sleep and feel that her actions are corrected and I prevent someone else go throughout the same nightmare.

I wasn't aware senior citizens were a race. Good to know.

As for the rest of your post, there are no details as to what happened. From what I could piece together, you requested a cup of coffee from a flight attendant and...???

I doubt anything to do with a cup of coffee is worth losing sleep over.
