Hi all,
Has anyone else had MAJOR issues with in-flight service and lack of customer service responses on contacting Etihad with regard to raising queries and issues. My wife and I experienced the worst ever service on BOTH legs of our recent flights. I wrote very politely and professionally and highlighted a few general issues to which they replied with a lot of business 'puff' but no substance. Following a further e-mail after our return journey - nothing! What is happening to customer care these days - not even being able to get virtually ANY form of soft drink for a 24 week pregnant (with twins) lady and NO ONE ever responding to the 'service call' buttons (which I always feel so loath and embarrassed to use anyway). ETIHAD are a JOKE! ARGH! |
