Oklahoma City Sucks!
Our congenial, non-union friends at Northwest have screwed me again! I flew to Oklahoma City from Detroit on Sunday, December 9th. What a mistake! One of my bags were lost, which is not all that unusual. However, what is unusual is the utter lack of responsibility this company shows: I have called the Northwest desk in Oklahoma City S-I-X times now inquiring about my bag, and every single time I have called I have left my name and number, asking for a return call. I even spoke to a supervisor (Angie) the last time I called! And what do you think is the end result of all these calls? Not O-N-C-E have they bothered to call!
I, too, have wasted my time calling their 800-NWA & delayed luggage information numbers. I only managed to get through once, and a night shift supervisor told me the bag wasn't scanned in Detroit. That response leads me to believe I will never see my bag again.
I understand that airlines lose bags, but this is ridiculous. What measures do I have available to complain, let alone find out about my bag's status? In a word, none. It's no wonder this company had to go bankrupt!
