Exclamation JetBlue

October 18, 2007, I booked a flight on JetBlue to fly my daughter home from college for Christmas. Several circumstances led to her being unable to return to college for the 2nd semester, one big one being insufficient finances to cover another semester bill. November 7, I had to cancel the flight, knowing there is a $35 cancelation fee. When my Discover card failed to show any money returned to my account, I contacted JetBlue. I was informed that the fine print of the contract states they keep my money for a year, incase I want to book another flight, then confiscate all remaining money at the end of that year. I don't want to see another unsuspecting person suffer this form of "robbery", and pass it on as a warning.
