i was on flight 64 and 65 to zurich and back. it was terrible. the flight going to zurich was freezing and the food was not even edible. the bread was dtill frozen and the chicken tasted liek someone put soap in it. and the brakfast was only a crossant. on an 8 hour flight i expect more food. the flight attendents had an attitude and did almost no drink services. the flight coming back was also the same. no drink services and the seats were 20 years old while the first class seats were brand new. iv ebeen flying with american for my entire life and ive had many problems withyou guys. the flight attendents from new york are always grumpy and you have almost no leg room. also, on the flight going to zurich, the man next to us got ice cream and the entire economy cabin did not.
