The AA customer service department is heartless, and could care less about customer feelings. They have lost touch with reality and I would walk before I ever bought another ticket from them.

The Amtrak customer service department is heartless, and could care less about customer feelings. They have lost touch with reality and I would ride a camel (which usually has fleas and stink really bad) before I ever bought another ticket from them.
