Default AA dishonest and use dirty trick

Here's a copy of the complaint I sent to AA:

Dear AA Customer Relations,

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service of AA and AA employees for my team and my travel on March 30. We made it to the front of the correct self check-in line prior to the 45 minutes baggage cut-off. However, an AA employee demanded us to move to the end of another line after knowing that we are on the 6am flight, which was significantly longer. By the time we reached the front of that line, we have missed our flight. We waited 15 hours at the airport without being able to get on a flight. There were others from our flight who missed their flight for the same reason -- got moved to a longer line. We were later told by an AA employee that AA was getting people who had to stay behind the day before onto the flights because of bad weather on the East Coast, and many of them were put on our 6am flight. This is unacceptable. The AA employee was dishonest with us in making us move to the longer line so we would miss our flight in order to make room for those who were stuck at the airport from the day before. That's not all. We went to baggage claim to have our bags send back to LAX because they were flown to Indianapolis. The AA employee promised us that the baggages will arrive in the morning of the next day. But we called this afternoon, and we were told that Indianapolis never received the request!
Our team have missed the national tournament because of this. I ask that we at least get a full refund on our tickets.
