Columbian Disaster
Don't fly American to Barannquilla,Columbia if you are an American who does not speak Spanish, under any conditions! We were not allowed to check in even though we were there an hour and a half before departure!
It seems as though the American employees who assist with security in this particular location went home early because of Carnivale,and the people at the desk could not process us or assist us in getting on the flight!
We ere treated with disdain by the non-english speaking employees of American and were told we would have to return the next day for the same flight,which is the only flight daily to Miami.
American charged us an additional 190.00 each to change our tickets for the next day and would not pay for our hotel or meals for the extra night stay in Columbia.All of this while we watched for an hour and a half as our original flight boarded and pulled away from the gate!
The worst I have ever been treated by any company,ever,anywhere!Donot take this flight under any circumstances,you will regret doing business with this poor excuse for an airline!
