I had missed my connecting flight from Amsterdam to Mumbai on 7th June 2010 and was rerouted through Kuwait Airlines ( Amsterdam- Kuwait-Mumbai) to Mumbai. However, my baggage was delivered the next day to my residence. On checking, i found items pilfered and immediately notified the airlines via the travel agency which delivered the baggage and to the airline office( in Mumbai). Most ridiculous part of the airlines is that they operate in the night hours only; between 2 am and 7 am. How is anyone supposed to contact them or visit them? I stay 50 miles from Mumbai.
After managing to contact them in early hours for almost every day after the 19th of june, I requested them to send me the claim form only to be asked DAILY for my postal address and empty assurance that it will be done the same day. I do not know how to make them accountable. I have also sent them e-mails, but it seems no one opens them. What type of customer service is this? or do they really have this word in their dictionary? They should be asked to shut shop if they behave in such callous manner!! |

Been waiting for past 3 days for my bags.
Direct KWI-BOM flight. Luggage of 50 passengers was offloaded due to overload. Their working hours are insane, 2am to 7am KUWAIT AIRWAYS is the worst in the GCC aviation industry by miles. |
