My parents and family are now on boarding on Saudi Airlines from Jeddah to Cairo flight No> 2714

Please note the following is happenning:
1- They are requested to enter the flight, there is no specific seats "Any Body sits anywhere"
2- Captain said there is an error on engine no. 4 and we should wait 10 minutes
3- Cabin Crew closed door, no A\C and they stands for more than hour
4- Childs started to face difficulties in breathing, they requested cabin crew to open doors or get them back until error is fixed but they refused.
5- After they called the police and make a very high noise, they opened the door and brought them back to the gates.
6- till now and after 3 hours, no body is responding to those 750 people and they don't know even when they will fly.

That's a hell of a big aircraft to seat 750 people. Didn't know they made 'em that big............yet.
