My name is Ricardo and I was at last nights flight # 379 from Warsaw to Frankfurt. But it was almost 2 hours late ( a 1h40min flight).
Because of that, I missed my other flight from Frankfurt to Porto and because of that i missed my flight from Porto to Brasil.
The problem is THAT IS NO MORE SEATS AVAIABLE to Brasil until august 5th.

I understand that I have 2 bookings, one from brasil to frankfurt (stoping in portugal) and one way trip from warsaw to frankfurt.
What i dont understand is that I am the same customer, the other flight was a star alliance member too. I just booked diferent because i sorted my way back afterwords.
And what make me even madder is that if i have one booking i would be treaten differently, they told me they would have booked a hotel and try to arranje other flight for me.

Now, Im stuck in europe or i will have to pay more 1.300 euros or plus just to get another ticket BECAUSE OF LOT AIRLINES made a mistake and has shown no respect for customers.

When you are making an international connection, it is always best to link the bookings. Airlines will always try to make more money out of your misforture and exploit you. It is a bitter lesson, but linking them at least offers some protection.

Why is this under AA? sounds like LOT messed up

I agree... what has it got to do with AA? I am guessing the two airlines involved were TAP and LOT!
