I am hearing impaired and even though I wear hearing aids, I need people to communicate with me clearly. I am a Premier member and I am supposed to be able to speak to US customer service based people instead of India. However, When I need to call, I usually end up speaking to India and I can't understand them. When I ask them if I am speaking to India, they hang up on me. United refuses to provide a way for me to communicate with them and do not acknowledge email customer support issues. I now have a round trip ticket worth over $600 and half a round trip ticket worth more then $450 that I can't get taken care of.
