Never fly delta if you want to lose $3000[/font]
I just lost the small claims court case. Delta had lied even in front of court, but judge didn't care. June 6, 2010 Portland to Japan, dl 91. They were overbooked. Me and my son volunteered but they denied our volunteering after plane left and instead issued two low season tickets (they picked time for us, the time leave in Oct and come back in Jan, my son is in school over that time). I tried to book at a later time for rest of this summer but no return ticket until Sep 2nd (the school for my son starts Aug23rd). So we will be losing $3000 because of their dishonesty. They lied about they were overbooked in the email many times, they hung up on me and refused gave me the name the person talked to me. |

Sounds like a sore loser. You felt you were wronged, you went to court and you lost. Don't know what else to tell ya.

I lost the case but didn't lose myself. You did.

I don't get it. Are you saying I lost myself?? Even if you are, I still don't get it.
