TAP - baggage lost!!!
TAP is the worst air company in the world. They lost my bags in the Airport. I found them by myself. No action from TAP. What a shame!!!...
What expect from a portuguese company???

Really, there is no need to post quite so much detail. It gets hard to read when people give so much detail, I almost lost track of what happened.

Jim come on be nice, obviously English is not this person's first language and if they had written in another language you would not have made your comment. EMPATHY!!! (all you had to do wsa ask nicely for more details)
