don't ever fly with this air line ( DIRECT AIR ) Regraded they don't stand behind their customers only to charge more money

What's your complaint, specifically?? This is a charter airline you're talking about that right on their home page gives you TONS of fees and taxes. They seem pretty upfront to me.

i was going to say the same thing. they fly out of my hometown airport too and never had anything wrong. everything about fees etc. is all there as well. what is your complaint?

they ask me for a 50
dollar more to cancel the ticket for DEC 22 / 2010 wen i bot this trip is Cal family ties and there is no restriction the mater is for my wife the doctor call about on appointment for her witch we been waiting for 8 month ask me for a doctor letter and i did they Cal me with seine they cant honor the letter because it is unprofessional an this is a blow to me it is not allot of money but to me it is not a good air line or customer service at this upon in time i got 17 of my friends switching to this air line they go to florida more than 6 times per year i should staid with price line my big mistake

well for starters your post is going down.
there is a cancellation fee for this airline. $50 to cancel your ticket, your right its not alot but your right about what they are doing. they actually said your doctors note was unprofessional?? lol. trust me i believe they said it. did you try to talk to a supervisor at all? i know some of their flights are chartered with xtra airways...that is a joke of an airline hands down (we had to do a flight for them when they didnt have enough flight attendants lol) i would continue to fight this if its worth the $50 for you to save. but me personally i hate dealing with headaches i would just pay it and never fly them again if it were me in this situation |

thank you the ting is frustrating because i went to my doctor and he write a letter just for them to say no good and i will lose the flight and my 54 dollar ticket i already purchase my wife a new flit i will never fly with this air line ever again but i think people ave the write to now about direct air again thank you for responding
