Treat people the way you would want to be treated, say you are sorry when you are wrong, don't keep people on hold for long periods of time, do what you say you are going to do, don't have add on charges, allow people to take earlier flights if there are openings without trying to make more money off them, have comfortable airline seats, keep the airplane in good repair, keep dogs off the airplane, offer cookies or something that isn't salty making you want more to drink, make sure the airplane has cool air while boarding and ask how a person would like the problem to be resolved, if you can't make the problem right refund the money or give a free flight, don't lie, always be fair and honest.

i agree with most of what you said
other than cool air while boarding, only because it can get very cold on a plane if your on it for a while, so while i dont want it hot or warm it should be a comfortable temp |

You need to add to your "dream list" keep small children and crying babies off plane.

Leatherboy!!
Your pathological dislike of kids is ridiculous... kids need to travel, if only to attend weddings, funerals (which I gather is how you make your living!) and to visit the living. Absent family only flights, you are just going to have to get used to living with the whole of humanity. Incidently, do you know that you were a child once? |
