CO needs to better train their crew, customer service is a big deal and if there is a lack of it then the airline needs to get back to basics and work on this issue.

Of course, Customer Service might improve if customers were specific about the problems they have faced and what the solutions might be. Generalised statements and complaints like yours are pointless. No one could learn a thing from your complaint and improve the service. It is therefore just a generalised whine and is ultimately pointless.

I have been specific to CO and have never been rude in any verbal or written correspondence with them. However I really feel that crew need to learn that although the customer isn't always right and that yes customers can be a real pain in the bum at times, that crew plays a vital role in making or breaking a flight experience. Does civility really hurt these days, is it too hard to get a passenger a cup of water, or explain to a passenger why there are no pillows etc. Manner work both ways and unfortunately the CO crew I have come across seem lack both manners and civility. So no not a whine and not pointless.
