good evening all,
if you read this then you to have been ****** on by air france. heres my story paid my travel agent opodo £2300 for two tickets from bristol airport to france cdg and then to reunion island we were going there for christmas and to be married on the 1st of jan 2011,so first flight cancelled due to bad weather will let them have that one,although weather was fine bristol were flying to cdg and cdg were flying and orly too. spoke to travel agent they re booked flight for 27th of december bit stressed but there you go,opodo then forgot to book with air france,so we travelled out on the 29th of dec,christmas obliterated with family and loved ones but at least we could still get married again stressful but we could do it,so arrive at cdg from bristol airport on a prop plane with 40 passengers most had hand luggage and there were 12 luggage cases in the hold,three were ours get to baggage check and low and behold only two turn up yes you guessed it the one with wedding dress suit and accessories lost, after waiting five hours at lost luggage we had to travel to orly or we would miss our flight. after numerous calls not once did we speak to anyone who gave a damn or the correct phone number to call anyone, just some bull**** about checking status online. we managed to delay our wedding until the 8th at further expense after being assured case would be with us well we did get married and we had to buy new dress suit shoes shirts etc etc, it is says on the bottom of this forum what can air france do to become better,well heres my suggestion close down go and heard goats or wash cars because they can not operate an airline or do they give a **** about customer service.but saying that washing cars would be to skilled for them to manage properly. perhaps i shouldnt write this as we still have to fly back with two cases...............................air france could be run better by a couple of water melons and coconut.booya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
