I am still shaking my head in absolute awe and disgust over the horrible, inept, rude, rude, rude customer service I received from not just one, but four Continental lackeys. Wait, did I just say service? More like customer abuse!
I have been in the customer service industry for 2 decades. I know how to treat a customer...you know, that individual who is paying my wages? So when I have an alleged representative of the worst airline in history answer my question like a surly 13 year old in need of boot camp, I get a little shocked. And that's not even the issue!
Unfortunately, these horrible excuses for service representatives will continue to suck oxygen and steal our money while treating us like garbage. Disgusting. I promise that my husband will discontinue all business travel with these thugs from this point on. He travels internationally and will be going to another crappy airline with his Thousands$$$$.
Ironically, Continental crashed a plane one block from my sister's house 2 years ago. Apparently it hasn't caused any change for the better.
