Angry Tiger Air

My first time on the airline, and they lost our luggage. I guess this happens, but then not to have anyone available to help with the lost luggage at the destination, not to have any ability to register it or document it (for insurance or resolution purposes), and to spend hours even trying to contact anyone from the airline (if you want to book a flight of course they are very attentive), was deeply dispiriting. Anyway, here we are on holiday, without clothes, and still no idea where our luggage is. The people we have finally contacted from the airline have told us good luck trying to claim, and we'd have to pay for the luggage transport if it does turn up from the airport to the hotel (or collect it ourself). I am a very frequent flyer on BA and Singair. My first time on Tiger, and my recommendation would be to ask them to pay you to fly on them, rather than vice versa, and to think carefully regarding your price!
