Our United flight arrived late and left late from St Louis, then was late arriving at Dulles. We had to run from A gate to D gate to catch a connecting United flight to Boston. Some assistance from United personnel would have helped us greatly to navigate the airport, bus shuttle, etc. - especially for passengers connecting btw United flights. Not even a call ahead to inform them we'll be at D gate in a few minutes. The best part is the flight to Boston left 2 minutes EARLY!? so all our great efforts to reach our connecting United flight were for naught when we reached the gate 1 minute "late". This is a no-win airline.
