Have you ever tried to use the 25,000 frequent flyer domestic flight option? Well, I did - and it doesn't work
Delta has it pretty much worked out that you cannot. The excuse they give is that there are no domestic seats at that level and in order for you to make reservations on the dates you need (even though I was calling 2 months in advance) you will need 50,000 - 65,000 miles approximately. That is what hapened to me. What a shame they did not inform me of this prior to my making selections to fly on their crowded cattle cars in order to earn miles. In other businesses this is called "bait and switch" and is not considered good business practice. In my opinion - it is just simply deceptive. |

All these schemes are scams. Delta are amongst th worst. They are simply not worth it. I would simply go for the best deal at th time an forget any "loyalty" programme
