Default Mis behaviour, mental harressment and racism victim

Dear Sir/ Madam.
I Dr Rajesh Thosani from India was in USA for observership in cleveland clinic- ohio in june- july and have very bad experience with americnl airlines by misbehaviour and felt that I was a victim of racism. I was charged 60$ for my second baggage inspite of having eligibility and permission in my ticket which already tie up with british airway. I have 1hr stressful time and mental harrassment even the matter was unsolved by higher officers. I ask for returning of undue charge with compensation of 5000$ to the airlines and british airway suggest me to ask to americal airlines as they are not responsible for that.
I am unaware with this formality so please guide me and do needful. I will send the details ands receipt of this undue charge if u needed. My case reference 9189807 with british airway.

When did this happen? I suspect while flying back from Cleveland. Since you had to check-in with AA they went by their rules (i.e $60 for 2nd luggage). I also suspect this didn't happen for your outbound flight from India to Cleveland, since you checked-in with BA and luggage was checked all the way through Cleveland.
In any case - AA should not have (ideally) charged you for the second luggage.
However, I didnt see anything from your note that suggests misbehavior, mental harassment, or racism (which is the title of this post). And what exactly is your justification for $5000???
If you are to complain to AA, you would need to write a clear, succinct, logical and meaningful letter. The above will just get you a 'sorry' response.

It is utterly frustrating when people make complaints, alleging racism for example, without one shred if evidence that race had anything to do with it. There loads of complaints about airline baggage charging in the US, particularly where alliance partners don't honour their partners policies. Racism is a pernicious malignancy in society and it's does the victims no favours when people make the allegation without foundation.

How you think you can demand $5,000 for such a minor inconvenience is beyond me. As a doctor, you should be wary of outrageous compensation demands because you will almost certainly one day be the victim of one.
