Im traveled from LAX - el salvador - bogota - bucaramanga.
LAX -el salvador was TACA and the rest was AVIANCA.

been here for 4 days, spent countless hours with both airlines trying to locate my bag!
no airline has any information!
TACA says is AVIANCA's fault and AVIANCA says its TACA's fault, but none of the airlines know where the bag is!
not even sure if the bag left LAX!

what makes the case worse it that i got my regular luggage but the bag missing is my golf clubs!

Im in colombia for the SUL AMERICAN AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP~! very important tournament representing BRASIL!
im on the national team and my clubs didnt make it!

called so many different departments, filled out papers from all the airports, spoke to representatives in spanish, portuguese, english and all couldn't help me find the bag!

and on top of that i got charged US100 for extra size? I travel alot and never heard of golf clubs getting charged for extra size. And the size is the same as always, i dont carry a big golf bag nor it anywhere near 50lbs.


I can say for sure I will never be flying TACA again.
Hate how they treated me so far and on top of that no compensation for renting a club for the tournament that will have the most impact on my career as an amateur trying to go to college next year!
