Thumbs down funny voucher

on our flight it took us 36 hours to get home becouse of a emergency stop in Hawaii. We were given a 150 voucher for our trouble. What a joke
we could only use it to upgrade to business class We had to sleep at the airport and eat at the airport with a 9 hour layover. Then we had a vcr camera tape stolen from our suitcase and when we got there only had one tape for our trip.

Don't you just love that. In the USA (Hawaii) your suppose to get compensation. 150 for 36 hours, wow another satisfied customer United Airlines.....

Let me guess, Sydney and those 1974 747's? In flight entertainment is listing all the obvious problems with the aircraft. I think they are begging us to keep the tail numbers of the aircraft. This way we can track those delays and I bet the plane is real old. Increases their profit margins.... Bottom line motivated.....

And guess what type of bs you have to go through for months to get compensation for your camera. They probably state it's not their responsibity cause the ground staff is not theirs.....

Angry vouchers.......just a joke and what good are they?

We also reieved a $25.00 voucher for all of our troubles on our emergency flight to NH. My parents were sick, took a flight that made 3 stops, they lost our luggage, then left it at someone else house, my husband and I didn't even get to sit together, flights were delayed, had to run to catch our second one, didn't have time to eat, boarded and wanted to buy something on plane, and of course, when they got to us, they ran out of food....flying just isn't what it is cracked up to be and then they just lied to us when we were trying to find our luggage!
