First time I flew Delta will be my last!!!
I flew out of Philadelphia for Salt Lake Friday, 3 February @ 7:15AM. Upon entering the plane, I met a nasty woman with short grey hair who ordered me to check my Atlantic FAA approved carry on. (Same style many pilots use.) It fits perfectly under the seat in front of me, and I told her so. She told me too many items were coming aboard. (This was my only item.) I didn't like her nasty attitude, and I told her "this is bull**** -- look at all those others you're letting on, and those items aren't even close to being FAA approved." I was very clear I was going to put this under the seat in front of me (an aisle seat.) Well, Delta, I'll tell you what you can do with that nasty lady and you discriminatory policies! You'll never get another penny of my money!!! There's absolutely no reason I should be separated from my FAA approved carry on when I follow the rules, it's ALL I have with me and others are blatantly disregarding policy and Flight Attendant Ratchet gets off on bullying those who follow the rules! (She told me I could pick it up in Salt Lake which turned out to be BS!) No more Delta for me!!!
